Terms and Conditions

This website provides information, products and services subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing Kuddly Kids online you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, accepted and are bound to the Terms and Conditions of Kuddly Kids .

Exchanges

We would like you to be 100% happy with your purchases, and will exchange or credit any item accompanied by its original proof of purchase, within 7 days of purchase

If you would like to return an item, you must first contact Kuddly Kids by phone or email, before posting the item back to us. All returns must be received by Kuddly Kids within the allocated time period – we recommend an express postal method.

All items must be returned new, unused, and with all designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or washed will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their cost.

Limitation-Swimwear & Underwear

For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept exchange or return on swimwear and underwear.

Faulty Goods

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Goods are classified as faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs . Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Damaged Items

We ask that as soon as your parcel is received you inspect your products .

If product damage is apparent please contact us immediately via email with your specific problem, and if possible include photographs of the damage and packaging. Please retain all packaging material used for dispatch to enable inspection by Kuddly Kids

Incorrect Goods

If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item, or the item does not match what you believed to be purchasing, we will offer exchange, credit or refund upon verifying that you did not receive the correct goods. Please contact us by phone or email before posting the incorrect item back to us.

Colours

We have made every effort to capture the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the great colour variance across different monitors, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate. As such, minor differences between actual and expected colour will not be considered grounds for refund or replacement.

Payments of Refunds

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card account where possible, and will include shipping costs for faulty items. Where original purchaser credit card information is unavailable or not functioning, we will make contact to arrange an alternate payment method.

Items shipped under our free shipping offer will of course not have any shipping costs refunded.
